Hello. My name is T. I’m in my mid 20’s, married to a wonderful man who has a fabulous sister who is married to another wonderful man and who are pregnant and are expecting their first child. This babe, is the reason I am writing this blog.

I am not a mom. I am not a soon-to-be mom. In fact, my husband and I are not even planning on having children, but in several months, I’m going to be an aunt. I am nervous. I am excited. I just want to be cool. I actually care what my future niece is going to think about me and she isn’t even here yet.  I’m just waiting around for my niece to come….

I decided to start this blog to help document this new life changing “change” that will take place when my niece decides to grace us with her presence and make it known to the world that she has arrived. I wanted to write this blog so that my sister and brother-in-law (whom we will call the PARENTAL UNITS) can be entertained and kept abreast of what I’m up to. But, then I realized that I really wanted to write this blog for myself in order to record just how my life, our life, will change when this cutie comes into our lives. Also, I want others to be able to read, advise, teach, cry, laugh, share, give, and learn with me as I document just how the life of this little one is going to change EVERYTHING.

I’m ready for her. Ok, maybe I’m not ready for her, but at least I can write about all the delicious things I find along the way….!
